JURISDICTION


The boundaries of the BSOA include over 8,000 acres that span both Madison and Gallatin Counties and stretch from Meadow Village to the gate at Moonlight Basin. Our jurisdiction is geographically defined by one or more recorded documents that may include: Deeds, Covenants, Subdivision Plat, BSOA Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, and/or Condominium Declarations. Depending on the governing document, the property may or may not be subject to review by the Big Sky Architectural Committee.
