Picture
Stacy Ossorio, Chair
Stacy Ossorio has been a resident of Big Sky for 27 years and a BSOA member for the entirety of that time. She and her husband Eric raised their three children here. Stacy has had a lifelong career in the real estate business and has enjoyed the relationships she has created here in Big Sky - many of them with BSOA members. Committed to helping her community grow and prosper over the years, she has served on multiple boards including as a past Vice-Chair of the BSOA Architectural Committee for nine years. She currently serves on the Big Sky School District #72 in an elected position in 2018. Stacy is a committed volunteer and is known for attention to detail, preparation, fairness, and attendance, and is looking forward to returning to the BSAC. Her deep historical knowledge of the BSOA neighborhoods and detailed understanding of the BSAC Design guidelines will contribute greatly to the BSAC.

Clay Lorinsky

Mr. Lorinsky has been self-employed for the past 22 years as a business attorney, primarily in the real estate sector.  He has represented numerous clients and personal interests before various committees and boards on issues ranging from zoning and planning to architectural and building code compliance.  This experience provides a unique perspective and empathy for the concerns and challenges Big Sky owners bring before BSAC. Having lived in Big Sky for the past 14 years, Mr. Lorinsky believes that whether residents like it or not, Big Sky’s growth is inevitable.  The challenge is to balance homeowners’ needs and desires with the applicable regulatory framework without losing sight of the lifestyle that drew us to the community in the first place.

John Seelye

Born and raised in Litchfield Connecticut, John Seelye started his construction career on summer breaks while attending The University Of Connecticut. Because of his love for the mountains, John moved to the winter playgrounds of Summit County and then the Vail valley of Colorado to live the ski bum life while fine tuning his carpentry skills on high end mountain homes. Then with dreams of the Big Sky Tram and of starting his own construction business John moved to Big Sky in 1996 and started Big Sky Woodwork & Design in 1997 which transitioned into Big Sky Build, one of the premier construction companies in Southwest Montana. John and the Big Sky Build team are based right here in Big Sky and John and his family live, work, and play in our beautiful ski town. John has various community involvements including past terms on the Big Sky Fire Board. With investments in residential, commercial and land here in Big Sky, John has a firm grasp on the history, current status and future of Big Sky.
