The boundaries of the BSOA span both Madison and Gallatin Counties and stretch from Meadow Village to the Moonlight gate. Our jurisdiction is geographically defined by one or more documents that may include: recorded deeds, Covenants, subdivision plat, BSOA Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, and/or Condominium Declarations. Depending on the governing document, the property may or may not be subject to review by the Big Sky Architectural Committee.
