THREE TIMES IS A CHARM!
BSOA Members recently received their 2008 BSOA Annual Meeting packet in the mail that includes a ballot to vote on the proposed Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of the Big Sky Owners Association, Inc. dated July 13, 2007. To approve these amendments sixty-seven (67%) percent of the Membership Interests must vote "YES" to pass the amendments. This is the THIRD time members have been asked to vote on these amendments, the first two times the amendments were just shy of passing. While there is overwhelming support for these amendments, there were not enough members who sent in their ballots to meet the 67% requirement. Please cast your vote to ensure a voting quorum. All ballots must be received before adjournment of the 2008 BSOA Annual Meeting to be counted.
