Our Purpose: The Big Sky Owners Association (BSOA) is incorporated as a nonprofit public benefit corporation. The BSOA was organized in 1972 under the laws of Montana for the purposes set forth in the Articles of Incorporation which include the management, operation, and maintenance of the facilities of Big Sky, Montana for the health, safety, enjoyment, comfort, happiness, and well being of the residents, property owners, and members of the Association.
BSOA is a master association that provides some municipal type facilities for the community. BSOA was organized for administering the common property and providing shared services and assessments of members for their portion of the related expenses. Our simple mission is to protect, maintain, and enhance the quality of life of the membership and property values.
BSOA currently represents approximately 2,000 membership interests and is managed by an elected Board of Directors with support from full-time BSOA Staff.
Our Location: The BSOA offices are located in the Meadow Village Center just off Highway 64 (Spur Road). From Highway 191, take the Spur Road west 1.9 miles to the Meadow Village Center entrance. Follow Little Coyote Road approximately ¼ mile and we can be found on the right, just across the street from the Big Sky Chapel and alongside La Luna Mexican Restaurant, Willow Boutique, and the offices of the Lone Peak Lookout. Look for our green awning!
