Minor Alterations

BSOA Architectural Review » Sample Submittals » Minor Alterations

Please remember that any change to the exterior of your home including changes to landscaping must be approved by the BSAC.

A proposed project is considered a minor alteration when the project will not change the shape of a structure and includes but is not limited to replacement or installation of doors, windows, light fixtures, decks, column, roofs; adjustments to paint/stain colors; or changes to landscaping.
