BSOA Architectural Review » Overview

From a single level Meadow Village ranch style home constructed in 1972 to a timber frame lodge under construction in the Cascade subdivision, the The Big Sky Architectural Committee (BSAC) is charged with providing owners guidance and approval for quality and thoughtful design and construction of property improvement in the BSOA.

Authorized by various Governing Documents of the BSOA, all construction and landscaping of new homes, condominiums, and commercial space as well as renovation and remodeling of the same is architecturally directed by the BSAC Design Regulations. The BSAC strives to approve construction and modifications to area homes that fit within their respective subdivision and neighborhood.

The process is easy. Contact the office at 406-995-4166 to determine what your submittal requirements are and secure a spot on the agenda for a future meeting of the BSAC.
