BSOA Architectural Review » Approval Process » Forms

We try to keep the paperwork to a minimum at the BSOA – honest! But the architectural files have to adequately describe the history of project and clearly reflect the intentions of the applicant and the BSAC. The following forms were created to streamline project review and the situations that arise during construction.

What do you want to do?

“I have a project that requires BSAC review. Where do I start?”
First, call the office! Second download and complete the Project Application and Checklist.

“I live out of state and cannot attend the BSAC meeting where my project is being reviewed. I’d like for my architect (or sister or contractor, etc.) to fill in for me at the meeting.”
First, call the office! Second download and complete the Designated Project Representative Form.

“I live in Cascade and the topography of my site is such that the height of my home exceeds 28 feet. How do I start the variance process?”
First, call the office! Second download and complete the Variance Request Application and Checklist Form.

“I’m selling my home and would like my real estate agent (or potential buyer, etc.) to be able to view my BSAC file.” “We’re thinking of adding-on. Can my architect swing by and look at the original drawings for my home?”
First, call the office! Second download and complete Exhibit A (Page 4) of the BSOA Resolution to Access Big Sky Architectural Committee Records and Architectural Files.
